a) Do not alter the Data Files folder. Altering the folder will cause Grant Writer Pro™ to lose data.
b) Do not remove the Grant Writer Pro™ application from the GWPro™ folder. Moving Grant Writer Pro™ will cause the application to lose data.
c) If you need to open the application in another location on your computer please make an alias and use that.

3. Online registration
To register (pay the fee) online, please visit http://www.gwusa.net
We use the services of Kagi, a company specialized on shareware registrations and used by a large fraction of all shareware producers. Their online registration system accepts almost all credit cards. The information below is only needed if you are not going to register online.
4. Using the Register™ program
You should use the Register™ program to pay for our products and services, if you do not want to register online. The Register program is a small application where you can enter your address, the number of copies you want to pay for, if you want to pay by check or cash etc. The program creates a printout with the information, which you should send to Kagi.
Postcard receipt
If you have not indicated an e-mail address, you have to check the postcard receipt box in the Register™ application.
Credit card
If you are going to pay with a credit card you can e-mail or fax the printout from the Register™ program to Kagi, otherwise you should mail them the printout together with the cash or the USD check. Their e-mail address is <shareware@kagi.com> and their fax number is 1+ 510 652-6589.
You can either copy the data from Register™ and paste into the body of an e-mail message, or you can save the data to a file and attach it to an email message. You do not need to compress the data file. Payments sent via e-mail are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an email acknowledgement when it is processed. Payments sent via fax take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet e-mail address you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.
Cash or USD Check
If you are paying with Cash or USD Check, you should mail the printout from the online form at www.gwusa.net/order.html. Send it to the address shown on the form, which is:

You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries but if you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars.
Do you need an invoice?
If you have a purchasing department, you can select Invoice as your payment method in the online form. Print three copies of the form and send two of them to your accounts payable people. Highlight the line that mentions that they must include a copy of the form with their (USD check) payment.

TERM
The End-User License is effective until terminated. You may terminate an End-User License by destroying the program and documentation and all copies thereof. The End-User License will terminate automatically and irrevocably if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Trial and evaluation licenses terminate automatically at the end of the trial and evaluation period. Upon any termination you agree to destroy all copies of the program and documentation in your possession or control.
GENERAL
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit of GWPro™, its successors and assigns. Any disputes relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts in the State of New Mexico, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this License Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THIS IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
